Shipping and Delivery
What is your turnaround time?
Our boxes ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on National Holidays.
How much is shipping?
We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on all boxes. If you need the box expedited, we offer 2-day shipping for a fee upon checkout based on the shipping address. Alaska and Hawaii shipping is available for charges listed at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We do not guarantee the arrival date of any box because of the inherent uncertainty of shipping. Ground shipping generally takes 1-5 business days. You will be given a tracking number upon purchase to track your package.
Do you ship to hospitals or medical facilities?
We DO NOT recommend shipping our boxes to the hospital or medical facilities due to the unpredictability of delivery. Should you still choose to ship your box to the hospital or medical facility, please understand that these shipments are made at your own risk and you accept full responsibility if the package is delayed or lost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to the high cost and taxes of international shipping, we currently only ship throughout the United States.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
All purchases are final sale and we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our company. However, if any item within the box is damaged during transit or deemed defective, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Please include the name listed on the order, order date, item to be replaced, images of the packaging and contents, and a mailing address where the replacement can be sent. If accepted, a replacement will be sent right away. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
What if my package was returned to sender?
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, undeliverable addresses, or refused delivery. If your package is returned to us, there will be a $20 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. This refund will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your order If we have not yet shipped the box.
Can I make substitutions of products due to food allergies?
Please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer bulk orders for healthcare facilities, organizations, or wholesale?
Absolutely! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out via our Group Sales page for partnership inquiries and discounted rates.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major card providers such as Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, and JCB. We also offer Facebook Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Most active payment providers are shown via icons on our footer menu.
I want to support the cause, but do not have a loved one that is currently affected by cancer. How can I help?
The Give A Box option is a great way to support cancer patients. We donate these gifted boxes every quarter to a cancer care facility, charity, or organization on your behalf.
