Our boxes ship with USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on National Holidays. We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on all boxes. If you need the box expedited, we may offer 2-day shipping for a fee upon checkout based on the shipping address. Alaska and Hawaii shipping is available for charges listed at checkout. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Ground shipping generally takes 1-5 business days. We do not guarantee the arrival date of any box because of the inherent uncertainty of shipping. You will be given a tracking number upon purchase to track your package. Once the package is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible and cannot control delays, handling, or delivery.
We DO NOT recommend shipping our boxes to the hospital or medical facilities due to the unpredictability of delivery. Should you still choose to ship your box to the hospital or medical facility, please understand that these shipments are made at your own risk and you accept full responsibility if the package is delayed or lost. We cannot offer refunds of any kind in this situation.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, undeliverable addresses, or refused delivery. If your package is returned to us, there will be a $20 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. This refund will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
All purchases are final sale and we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our company. However, if any item within the box is damaged during transit or deemed defective, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Please include the name listed on the order, order date, item to be replaced, images of the packaging and contents, and a mailing address where the replacement can be sent. If accepted, a replacement will be sent right away. Package is considered delivered based on date and time stamp from the carrier's tracking number. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
